System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our growing team. The System Administrator must have substantial knowledge of computer software, hardware, and networks. The candidate will be responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting our company’s core computer systems. The System Administrator will also be involved with delivering the company’s service solutions to end customers and will be an integral part of the customer onboarding experience.

Help Desk Analyst – Jr. Role

We are seeking a detail-orientated, thorough, and organized help desk analyst to join our growing team. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for our clients with computer systems, hardware, or software issues. The successful candidate will also respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.
